He seemed very positive and even after I told him that I was going to another dealership he nver talked bad about them. As they do at other places. "I have 5 motorcycles and make the cross town trek to RCC for all my MC needs because no one else comes close to RCC when it comes to price, selection, and customer service. Performance shop and parts counter folks are second to none! I understand there was a mix-up this past weekend on a sales promo and I received an unbelievable deal I probably shouldn't have, but there were no arguments or ill feelings and the discount was provide with a smile and a thank you. That is an integrity and customer focus that is on par with my previous experiences and something that is difficult to find anyplace else. Thanks for being there for all my MC needs!"

These guys rock. I went to Carmichael Honda and felt unwelcome when I entered the building, they didn’t seem to happy to have my business but they sure wanted my money with out letting me take a bike home, they said they had a recall on Petcocks, but never told me it was only on certain vin numbers. I left not very happy. I went home and opened the phone book and found Roseville Cycle, I called and spoke with Greg & Mike, and they told me that some were on the list but not all the bikes were. So I went to Roseville Cycle and got a new bike, they took care of me and understood my frustration with the other dealer; they listened to what I wanted and needed. I will definitely let riders know for great service and great deals go to Roseville Cycle, thank you very much for the great service.
